As our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator & Bliss Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in providing detailed treatment plans and ensuring that every patient feels valued, respected, and supported throughout their orthodontic journey. Requirements
- High school diploma, plus 1 to 3 years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Commitment to upholding HIPAA and OSHA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and safety.
Nice To Haves
- Dental experience and familiarity with practice software programs preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for new patients, from confirmation calls to treatment plan presentations, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.
- Actively promote our orthodontic services and initiatives to attract new patients and maximize referrals, embodying the Smilebliss™ commitment to excellence and growth.
- Present treatment costs and payment options clearly and transparently, ensuring patients understand their investment in their oral health and feel confident in their decision to proceed with treatment.
- Maintain communication with patients through recall and follow-up processes, ensuring continuity of care and fostering long-term relationships built on trust and satisfaction.
- Display professionalism and positivity in all interactions, contributing to a welcoming and supportive practice environment.
- Collaborate with the Bliss Advisor and Doctor to address challenges and brainstorm innovative ideas for practice growth.
- Maintain accurate patient records and practice management system entries, ensuring seamless operations and efficient patient care.
