About The Position
Our state of the art, well-established, energetic, and fun specialty dental practice has an opening for a full-time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working collaboratively with diverse teams to deliver exceptional results and customer experiences. As a Patient Coordinator, you will be presenting treatment and interacting closely with patients as their advocate.
Requirements
- Experience in with orthodontic treatment coordination or sales experience
- Ability to take clinical records including intraoral scans, photos, and x-rays
- Time and schedule management
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Understands dental insurance
- Detail-oriented
- Dependable and reliable
