Freedom Dental Health & Stellar Orthodontics is looking for a rockstar Orthodontic Office Manager to lead our team and Orthodontics offices throughout Delaware. We don't just create beautiful smiles. Requirements

3-5 years in an orthodontic office
3 or more years of Dental/Orthodontic leadership experience
Excellent customer service skills
Creativity and problem-solving ability
Superb people skills, with an ability to influence a team
Adaptable and able to work in fast-paced environments
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Experience managing multiple offices, in person and remotely
Ability to travel to all of our Stellar locations

Responsibilities

Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the orthodontic practices
Lead and coach the team through daily huddles, mentoring, and performance evaluations
Manage patient flow, scheduling, treatment coordination, and insurance processes
Monitor KPIs and metrics to support practice growth and efficiency
Solve workflow challenges to improve patient care
Ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance
Travel to all Stellar Orthodontics locations as needed
