About The Position
Dunn Orthodontics is a growing orthodontic practice with four locations in the greater Phoenix area. They are seeking two new team members to join their practice. The ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, thrive in a fast-paced, team environment, and possess a good understanding of customer service and attention to detail. No prior orthodontic experience is needed as training will be provided.
Requirements
- Be self-motivated, organized, and have a positive attitude
- Possess great understanding of dental terminology
- Have excellent communication and written skills
- Have excellent public relations skills
- Be experienced in delivering high-level customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and the orthodontic team
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on core values and any additional responsibilities as defined
