About The Position

Orthodontic Assistant at Dunn Orthodontics. We are a growing orthodontic office looking for new team members. No experience is needed as we will train the right person. Dunn Orthodontics has practiced in the Valley since 2006 and has grown to own four orthodontic offices in the greater Phoenix area. We are seeking individuals with a positive attitude, great work ethic, who thrive in a fast-paced, team environment, and have a good understanding of customer service. We are looking for someone who pays attention to detail.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and the orthodontic team
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Be self-motivated, organized, and have a positive attitude
• Possess great understanding of dental terminology
• Have excellent communication and written skills
• Have excellent public relations skills
• Be experienced in delivering high-level customer service
