About The Position
HAPPY BRACES is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled and reliable Orthodontic Assistant to join our amazing team! If you love creating beautiful smiles and thrive in a positive, patient-focused environment — we’d love to meet you! This is a full-time traveling position for an Orthodontic Assistant (OA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA).
Requirements
- Current Orthodontic Assistant (OA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on orthodontic experience
- Proficiency with traditional bracket systems
- Strong knowledge of orthodontic appliances
- Experience with clear aligner systems (Invisalign or similar)
- Familiarity with iTero scanner and other modern orthodontic technologies
- Excellent customer service, communication, and chairside manner
- Dependable with strong attendance and reliable transportation for travel between offices
