About The Position
Inman and Baldwin Orthodontics is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Orthodontic Assistant to join their well-established, dynamic, fast-paced, and family-friendly dental practice. This role can be full or part-time and offers a competitive pay range of $15-$20 per hour, based on experience, and a schedule that respects work-life balance. The practice values a positive and welcoming environment and emphasizes a team-oriented approach, with many staff members having been with them for over a decade. Travel is required between office locations in Elizabethtown, Glasgow, and Campbellsville, with travel bonuses provided.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Doctors in All Aspects of Clinical Care
- Assist with braces and Invisalign treatments
- Remove and Place Arch Wires
- Place Invisalign Attachments
- Take Impressions and Pour Models
- Sterilize instruments and equipment
- Take Photos and Radiographs
- Seat Patients and Talk with Them While Waiting on the Doctor
