About The Position

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate Orthodontic Assistant to support our doctors and clinical team across multiple office locations, with our main hub in Lone Tree, Colorado. This role is perfect for someone who loves hands-on patient care, thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring travel between i-Orthodontics offices.

Requirements

Knowledge of clinical standards, infection control, and health and safety regulations.
Willingness to learn and grow

Flexible and comfortable traveling between office locations as needed.

Nice To Haves

Orthodontic assisting experience preferred
Experience with orthodontic software is a plus

Responsibilities

Partner with orthodontists to provide exceptional clinical care and help patients achieve confident, healthy smiles.
Capture and process accurate dental records, including x-rays, scans, and photos.
Prepare patients and clinical areas for treatment, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow throughout the day.
Educate patients and families on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment instructions.
Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
Assist with lab duties and clinical materials as needed.
Greet, seat, and support patients throughout their visit, helping them feel comfortable and at ease.
Travel between i-Orthodontics locations to support patient care and team needs.
