About The Position
ASRC Federal System Solutions (AFSS) is seeking a senior ORION Material Handler Technician to work at Kennedy Space Center, Florida. The technician performs material-handling functions, including handling and kitting critical flight hardware, and works across electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical disciplines. Duties include constructing, troubleshooting, calibrating, adjusting, testing, diagnosing, and maintaining equipment, components, devices, or systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Additional technical training sufficient to perform basic calculations, electronic/mechanical assembly and testing, computer operations, and related tasks.
- 2–4 years of experience.

Responsibilities
- Handle critical flight hardware.

- Perform duties in electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
