About The Position

Murmuration is seeking an Organizing Strategist to join our Campaigns Team. Reporting to the Senior Organizing Strategy Director, this role works directly with partner organizations to help them plan and run effective campaigns. It is a role for someone who has spent several years in organizing and/or civic engagement work and is ready to bring that experience to a network of values-aligned organizations across the country. Day to day, the Organizing Strategist will work closely with the Campaigns Team and assigned partner organizations to support voter participation and advocacy campaigns. That means managing partner relationships, delivering trainings, helping partners get the most out of organizing systems and data tools, and making sure the research and field intelligence we generate actually shapes how campaigns run. The right candidate is a practitioner at heart who also knows how to step back, think strategically, and help partners strengthen their infrastructure over time. Success in this role is defined by partner success. The Organizing Strategist is someone who finds genuine satisfaction in building others' capacity, shares credit freely, and understands that when our partners win, we win.
