Serve as a key member and leader of multidisciplinary consulting engagements supporting strategy, organizational transformation, business process improvement, and change management initiatives for federal civilian agency clients. Support clients through complex organizational change efforts, including reorganizations, operating model shifts, culture transformation, and leadership transitions. Conduct requirements-gathering activities with senior federal clients, including interviews, workshops, focus groups, and working sessions. Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to collect and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform client decision-making. Lead the development of client deliverables such as gap analyses, findings and recommendations reports, requirements documents, process flows, strategic plans, SOPs, and communication materials. Deliver high-quality client service in dynamic environments while balancing competing priorities and deadlines. Develop trusted, consultative relationships with clients at multiple levels. Provide mentorship, feedback, and guidance to junior consultants. Support team culture through collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and inclusive engagement practices. Contribute to internal initiatives such as communities of practice, business development, and proposal efforts.
