About The Position

This role focuses on improving organizational effectiveness for clients by leveraging expertise in organizational design, change management, process improvement, or strategic planning. The specialist will assess the impact of changes on business design and processes to drive organizational strategy, providing clients with a holistic view to transform their practices. The work aims to improve current capabilities through process standardization, innovative technical solutions, and enhanced service quality, while also identifying new areas for optimization. Additionally, the role may involve leadership responsibilities, including identifying new optimization areas, managing the sales pipeline, and executing sales to generate new revenue. This requires frequent client engagement and internal capability demonstrations to create demand.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience leveraging fundamental models and frameworks to deliver organizational design, change management, process improvement, organizational performance management, or strategic planning capabilities
  • 3+ years of experience facilitating organizational design, change management, process improvement, or strategic planning client-facing workshops
  • Experience at a consulting firm or with a defense contractor
  • Ability to attend client site meetings
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience supporting business development efforts
  • Experience serving in, with, or as contract support to the Space Force, Air Force, or USSPACECOM
  • Experience supporting the acquisition of defense programs
