About The Position

This is a strategic and tactical role for a professional who bridges organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency. The Organizational Process Analyst drives both systemic organizational health and the detailed process improvements that enable execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • At least 2 years in business analysis, process improvement, operations, or related tactical role
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing organizational change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and redesigning business processes.
  • Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Regular and predictable attendance in accordance with company policies.
  • Proficiency with standard computer applications.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see organizational interconnections and translate strategy into structure and process
  • Systems & Processes: Understands organizational systems, structures, and how they interact with operational processes
  • Change Management Expertise: Experience designing and executing change initiatives
  • Stakeholder Management & Influence: Relationships with executive leaders; ability to influence strategic decisions without direct authority

  • Research & Best Practices: Ability to research organizational and process frameworks and adapt proven models
  • Process Analysis & Mapping: Ability to analyze complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and design improvements
  • Requirements Gathering: Skill in conducting interviews, workshops, and sessions to elicit detailed business requirements
  • Documentation & Communication: Clear writing and ability to produce professional specifications, process flows, and requirements documents
  • Facilitation: Ability to lead workshops and guide cross-functional teams toward consensus
  • Problem-Solving: Creative and logical approach to identifying root causes and solutions
  • Program Implementation: Ability to translate strategy into sustainable operational programs and processes

Responsibilities

  • Map current state processes at both macro (organization-wide) and micro (team/department) levels; identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and stakeholder sessions to understand business needs and operational constraints
  • Recommend and document improved processes; create detailed process flows, user stories, and workflows
  • Work with IT and operations teams to design solutions that support new organizational structures and processes
  • Develop acceptance criteria; validate that redesigned processes and systems work as intended
  • Ensure processes are properly documented and trained; support go-live activities
  • Monitor implemented processes and recommend ongoing refinements based on performance data
