The Organizational Development Specialist is a strategic, enterprise‑wide learning leader responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high‑impact development programs that strengthen ISEC’s technical, professional, and leadership capabilities. This role elevates ISEC’s blended learning strategy by creating scalable, Train‑the‑Trainer–driven programs that build internal bench strength and empower leaders at all levels to teach, coach, and develop others. This position serves as a trusted advisor to mid-level and senior leaders, applying deep leadership expertise, adult learning theory, and organizational development principles to shape learning experiences that drive measurable performance improvement.
