About The Position

This role is pivotal in supporting our senior leaders and driving enterprise-wide organization development and talent strategies. The Talent Management Partner will be responsible for strategically deploying global Organization Design and Development solutions across geographies, serving as a subject matter expert on global organization design and development solutions, supporting global talent initiatives and responding to HR Director inquiries, and delivering targeted, strategic organization and talent interventions. This role shapes organizational effectiveness and business performance by developing and implementing organizational design frameworks, tools, and methodologies that help leaders make informed workforce and structure decisions. It acts as a strategic advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders, providing expert guidance on organizational development initiatives and influencing change across the organization. It builds organizational capability through the design and facilitation of workshops, enabling leaders and teams to adopt best practices and drive sustainable transformation. It delivers foundational organizational development assets and frameworks, with success measured by the completion of key competency toolkits and a phased organizational design framework that supports long-term business growth and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or Business.
  • 6 or more years of experience in progressive HRBP or Talent Management roles (within a variety of disciplines [including Organizational Design and Development, training, leadership development, succession planning, performance management and change management])
  • Experience working in large, complex global organizations working with HR Leaders and consulting with business leaders to apply interventions that align to business needs with COE frameworks.
  • Experience applying consulting skills to think quickly and tailor their approach for maximum impact.
  • Successful track-record delivering results with associates from different cultures/backgrounds than the one they are familiar.
  • Experience working across regions, functions, and reporting lines. Ability to shape data-based decisions, drive alignment, and inspire action by building trust and credibility.
  • Consulting & Facilitation Skills. Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing objective & balanced guidance to clients to achieve effective outcomes.
  • Organizational change Management. Knowledge of techniques to successfully effect change in an organization and ability to successfully transition.

Responsibilities

  • Building organizational capability through structural design and talent solutions
  • Deliver talent, team, and organizational interventions, collaborating with the Sr. Talent Partner and Center for Leadership Development COE partners to diagnose needs, design standardized solutions, build HR capability, and consult / facilitate global solutions with senior leaders.
  • Understand coaching and assessment strategies and solutions, manage vendors, and execute talent coaching and assessments.
  • Partner with the CLD (and with HR Leaders and senior business leaders for functional competencies) in the development, implementation, and governance of leadership and functional competency frameworks.
  • Execute global Employee Resource Group strategies, structures, governance , and partnership with D&I leaders and executive sponsors.
  • Manage enterprise mentoring solutions, including program design, governance, participant experience, technology platforms, measurement of outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize enterprise-aligned talent and team assessments in collaboration with the CLD (e.g., executive leadership assessments, team effectiveness diagnostics, strategic talent reviews) to generate actionable insights that inform high-impact talent and team interventions.
  • Collaborate with the CLD to establish robust evaluation frameworks that measure the effectiveness and ROI of talent initiatives. Leverage data analytics and stakeholder feedback to continuously refine programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
