This role combines organizational development, change management, project leadership, and executive support to help the company scale effectively while maintaining a strong culture. The successful candidate will build organizational capability, support leadership initiatives, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and drive execution of key strategic priorities. This is a highly visible role that requires strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
