About The Position

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Organizational Development, Workplace Mental Health, and Volunteer Resources, you will leverage your experience as an Organizational Development professional to assist with strategic and operational planning, leadership development, and change management for organizational initiatives. As an Organization Development Consultant, you will conduct organizational assessments, design and implement development programs, and provide expertise in change management. Working closely with internal business partners, you will develop change management plans, assess change readiness, engage staff in change projects, and monitor progress. You will also apply tools and frameworks for leadership development, talent management, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness to foster CAMH transformation and measure progress. Your focus will be on cultivating a supportive environment and aligning organizational strategies with the unique needs of mental health care professionals to contribute to the hospital's success in delivering quality mental health services. Additionally, you will develop and collect engagement data across the organization and help leaders support a healthy team culture, including psychological safety in the workplace.
