About The Position

Accenture's Talent and Organization team helps clients co-create the workforce of the future by making data-driven decisions, providing tools and roadmaps for optimal performance, creating positive digital employee experiences, and developing forward-thinking leaders. They specialize in new skilling, talent strategy, leadership development, employee experience, and change management. The role of an Organizational Change Manager is for an experienced individual who can help companies transform from top to bottom to become more nimble, capable, and productive. This role involves supporting clients through reinvention, including reimagining work and the workforce with technology, automation, and Gen AI. The manager will lead change teams in large-scale reinvention programs, guide clients in designing and embedding continuous change practices, use data to assess change readiness and adoption, design agile change strategies to shift culture and ways of working, and apply human-centered design to co-create change solutions. They will utilize leading practice change tools and methodologies, help clients build lasting agile change capabilities, and contribute to business development through proposals and client relationship building. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the growth of the T&O practice through market research, developing Points-of-View, capability development, thought leadership, and knowledge management. Travel may be required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a consulting practitioner
  • Minimum of 3 years of Change Management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of Public Service Industry experience

Nice To Haves

  • At least 3 years’ experience working as a consultant on field impacting implementations
  • At least 5 years’ experience working as a consultant on SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and/or Maximo
  • At least 5 years’ experience in 3 or more of the following areas: Change Analytics, Change Tracking, Change Management, Design Thinking, Change Capability Development, Agile Change Management
  • You know everything there is to know about how to design, develop and roll out HR processes
  • You’re familiar with digital tools like HR Automation, Future Workforce Design and Analytics

Responsibilities

  • Support clients through reinvention including reimagining work and workforce enabled by technology, automation and Gen AI capabilities
  • Lead change teams within large-scale reinvention programs, guiding clients through designing and embedding continuous change practices
  • Use data-driven insights to assess change readiness, adoption rates, and organizational sentiment
  • Design agile change strategies that will help companies shift their culture, adjust ways of working to be future-ready
  • Apply human-centered design principles to co-create change solutions and personalized change journeys with clients
  • Use leading practice change tools and methodologies including: Organizational change analytics and data visualization, Behavioral science practices, Agile change management methods and tools, Digital engagement, collaboration, and development tools and platforms
  • Help clients build lasting agile change capabilities at all levels of the organization to build organizational resiliency
  • Help Accenture with business development including proposals and build client relationships
  • Build our T&O practice by helping with market research, Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, and knowledge management
  • Be ready to build those air miles with travel as needed
