This role involves supporting clients through reinvention, including reimagining work and the workforce with technology, automation, and Gen AI. The manager will lead change teams in large-scale reinvention programs, guide clients in designing and embedding continuous change practices, use data to assess change readiness and adoption, design agile change strategies to shift culture and ways of working, and apply human-centered design to co-create change solutions. They will utilize leading practice change tools and methodologies, help clients build lasting agile change capabilities, and contribute to business development through proposals and client relationship building. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the growth of the T&O practice through market research, developing Points-of-View, capability development, thought leadership, and knowledge management. Travel may be required.
