The successful Organizational Change Manager is a highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, emphasis on continuous learning and improvement, and excellent communication and facilitation skills. This role requires high energy and strong passion for teamwork when supporting the people side of change. This position reports to the Manager of Enterprise Change Management within the Office of the General Manager. To support our organization’s mission and cross-functional strategic outcomes, each OCM practitioner on our team is a full spectrum change partner who can flex across enterprise initiatives, business unit needs, and communications/engagement. We are both strategic and hands-on, balancing consistency with tailored support as we execute the roles and responsibilities below.
