About The Position

The Organizational Change Manager is part of the Organizational Effectiveness team within Human Resources and will lead the organization’s change management practices, lead, manage and execute change initiatives across the organization including supporting change management for the enterprise’s business agility transformation efforts. This role will act as coach and internal consultant to leaders and teams in change management practices, facilitating relevant training as necessary in partnership with the Learning and Development department. This role is crucial for ensuring a successful organizational change management transformation, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Change Management or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in change management.
  • Proven experience in applying change management and familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Change management training/certifications (Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Prosci, or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Familiarity with enterprise agility practices.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive engagement without authority and to build trust quickly.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to navigate complex matrixed organization structures.
  • Strong consulting, coaching and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking and planning along with execution and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's or Advanced degree in Organizational Change Management or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in change management, enterprise agility, organizational development/effectiveness, or a related field.
  • Agile related training/certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the change maturity of the teams and provides coaching on change management best practices to executives, leaders, and team members to enhance organizational effectiveness, equipping them with the tools to navigate change effectively.
  • In partnership with the Learning and Development department, develop and facilitate training sessions to build change management skills across the organization.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to help them integrate change management activities within their initiatives.
  • Design, lead, and implement change management to improve delivery of business value, maximize employee engagement, and minimize change resistance.
  • Ensure a holistic approach to change, considering organizational culture, stakeholder/consumer needs, people, structures, and processes.
  • Implement practices enhancing adaptability, agility, and responsiveness to change, blending change models/methods such as PROSCI as needed.
  • Identify potential risks and areas of resistance through change impact assessments.
  • Develop actionable strategies to mitigate risks and address anticipated points of resistance effectively.
  • Monitor and report on change progress using associated metrics, adjusting as needed to ensure success.
  • Leveraging change management best practices, lead the development and implementation of an organizational change management strategy, governance structures, and communities of practice.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
