About The Position
The client has multiple projects and needs a resource to help lead OCM efforts. Processes will include financial closes and working with executive management. You will utilize your OCM skills to develop change management plans while identifying risks and developing risk mitigation. You will lead change management work streams as well as assist in providing training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or similar.
- 5+ years of relevant change management experience.
- Experience with financial closes.
- Experience with EPM/CPM software like Anaplan, Epicor etc...
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead OCM efforts for multiple projects.
- Develop change management plans.
- Identify risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead change management work streams.
- Assist in providing training.
