Assyst is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Administrator to support enterprise IT initiatives and digital transformation efforts. This role will be responsible for coordinating and leading change management activities across a variety of IT projects, including enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity initiatives, infrastructure modernization, software development projects, and digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with IT leadership, project managers, technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training initiatives, and successful end-user adoption of new technologies and processes. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, communication, and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple enterprise-level initiatives simultaneously.
