About The Position

The OCM Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective organizational change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives and projects within Unisys Corporation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful Strategy Plans within an organizational change management context.
• Proven ability to lead and manage change initiatives in a complex corporate environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive OCM strategies, plans, and methodologies for various projects and programs.
• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analyses to identify potential resistance and develop mitigation strategies.
• Design and deliver communication plans, stakeholder engagement activities, and training programs to support change adoption.
• Collaborate with project teams, leadership, and other stakeholders to integrate OCM activities into overall project plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OCM initiatives, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on their roles in supporting organizational change.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM practices and methodologies within Unisys.
