About The Position

The Organizational Change & Effectiveness (OC&E) capability partners with leaders and HR to help the enterprise navigate complex transformation—improving adoption, organizational health, and sustained performance through change leadership, organizational design, and effectiveness consulting. Reporting to the Global Head of Workforce & Organizational Transformation, this role sits within Human Resources and works in close partnership with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross functional stakeholders. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in organizational design, organizational effectiveness, and enterprise change management principles to diagnose and solve complex challenges.
  • Demonstrated experience consulting senior leaders on multifaceted organizational issues to shape priorities and enterprise decisions.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously with full latitude for independent problem solving and prioritization in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong track record influencing large-scale, high-impact change and transformation efforts to improve adoption and performance.
  • Advanced experience with PROSCI or comparable change methodologies to design structured, scalable change approaches.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams to analyze, communicate, and facilitate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide enterprise-level consultation on organizational change, organizational design, and organizational effectiveness for high-impact initiatives.
  • Shape integrated change and adoption strategies that drive readiness, adoption, utilization, and proficiency for sustainable outcomes.
  • Anticipate change risks, resistance, and downstream impacts across systems, processes, and teams; advise leaders on mitigation strategies.
  • Advise senior leaders and HRBPs on operating models, decision rights, accountability, and ways of working to improve speed and engagement.
  • Diagnose systemic organizational challenges using data, organizational health insights, and qualitative analysis to identify root causes.
  • Recommend enterprise-level solutions aligning strategy, structure, leadership behaviors, and talent systems with long-term objectives.
  • Facilitate executive alignment sessions, workshops, and working forums to clarify current-state realities and future-state intent.
  • Craft compelling change narratives and recommendations that influence decision-making and align stakeholders.
  • Lead and champion enterprise programs/initiatives that advance organizational effectiveness and transformation outcomes.
  • Serve as an expert resource and mentor by sharing frameworks, tools, and best practices with less-experienced practitioners.
