About The Position
The Senior Manager Organizational Performance and Training is expected to provide support to the training department for team member training, leadership development and operator certifications. In addition, the position will verify that compliance training is completed at all locations. Oversight of Training Departments at the company’s plants. Develop training required by the plants and company. Conduct front-line training at plants as required. Evaluate training completed. Maintain all necessary records.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Business, Education, Leadership or a related field is required.
- Food manufacturing experience
