This position is created specifically to assist with Humana's efforts to secure and, if awarded, transition into a new business opportunity. Please note that continued employment in this role is expressly contingent upon Humana's receipt of the business opportunity and a satisfactory transition into the work. In this individual contributor role as an Organization Effectiveness Lead, you will report to a Director of Organization Effectiveness, and will optimize the effectiveness of the Humana Military onboarding process and programs. You will create strategies to maximize associates' work output and utilize their skills. You will guide Humana Military leaders and associates to navigate the onboarding journey through a structured support process and tools. You will serve as a concierge, liaison and consultant for hiring leaders and provide onboarding support, advisory services, planning, and coordination in a tiered support model. You will create and deploy playbooks, and designs and deliver onboarding learning experiences, and develop and maintain an internal onboarding intranet site. You will determine measures of success, valuate the program effectiveness using a variety of data sources, and create dashboards/visuals to brief leaders/stakeholders.
