Become a trusted partner to growers and commercial accounts by originating grain purchases and delivering exceptional service. You’ll manage key relationships through annual farm visits, expand new accounts, and work closely with your team to execute strategies that strengthen customer loyalty and market presence. This job is primarily responsible for originating grain purchases from growers while promoting company products and services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, determining customer requirements, executing contracts and agreements, and resolving customer related issues.
