About The Position

Adfix is seeking a creative and culturally attuned Organic Content Strategist & Editor with a passion for streetwear and culture. This role focuses on creating high-performance, video-first organic content for a portfolio of streetwear and culture-driven brands. The primary output will be short-form video, involving editing and repurposing existing content into platform-native Reels and TikToks designed to capture attention, shape perception, and drive demand. This is a hands-on editing and ideation role, not a coordination position, requiring daily editing and publishing. The position is remote and open to candidates across Europe, provided their working hours overlap with Adfix's CET office hours (10:00–18:00).

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience editing short-form video for a brand, preferably in streetwear, culture, music, skate, lifestyle, or fashion.
  • Deep understanding of streetwear culture beyond just the aesthetic.
  • Strong instinct for organic performance on TikTok and Reels, with the ability to articulate why content works.
  • Strong taste in music, visuals, and timing.
  • Proficiency in editing software such as CapCut, CapCut Pro, Premiere, or equivalents.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and Instagram native tools for publishing and insights.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, particularly for short captions and text overlays.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Based in a time zone that allows overlap with CET office hours (10:00–18:00).

Responsibilities

  • Create high-performance organic content, with a focus on video.
  • Edit and repurpose studio content, UGC, and brand assets.
  • Develop multiple content angles from the same source material.
  • Transform raw footage into engaging videos using text overlays, music, sound design, pacing, sequencing, and storytelling.
  • Apply attention and virality frameworks, utilizing hooks, pattern interruption, retention structures, and open loops to stop and hold viewer attention.
  • Identify emerging trends, understand their appeal, and adapt them for brand relevance.
  • Craft content that associates products with lifestyle, identity, and culture to evoke immediate emotional responses.
  • Plan and publish content consistently across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, adapting to platform-specific formats.
  • Produce secondary static and carousel content to support the video strategy.
  • Contribute to creator research and selection, identifying individuals aligned with brand culture and aesthetics.
  • Provide insights on content performance, highlighting successful elements to influence creative direction.
