About The Position
Mr. Rooter Plumbing is seeking ambitious Oregon Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumbers or JATC Apprentices to join their team. This role focuses on residential service plumbing, protecting the community's health by resolving water and wastewater system problems. Requirements
- Oregon Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumber license or enrollment in Area 1 JATC.
- Apprentices running their own jobs qualify for the full pay package.

- Ability to respect and serve all customers with an aim to restore their quality of life.
- Efficiency and a desire to get work done.
- Possess the desire and patience to teach others the trade.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in residential service plumbing.

- Ability to present multiple options with up-front, flat-rate pricing.
- Comfortable using technology, specifically a networked iPad.
Responsibilities
- Follow the Mr. Rooter system to earn trust, diagnose residential plumbing problems, and present multiple options with up-front, flat-rate pricing for customer approval before starting any work.
- Demonstrate technical excellence in residential service plumbing, including fixtures, water heaters, leak repairs, water services, and re-pipes.
- Embrace a technology-based, data-rich way of work using a networked iPad for customer presentations and data collection.
- Teach others the trade and provide hands-on training for an Apprentice regularly riding with them.
