About The Position
The Order Tracking Specialist is an essential component of the certified agency team. The Order Tracking specialist is responsible for obtaining signed 485’s from MDs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual Spanish, Creole, Mandarin, Russian, Bengali or Hindu
- Experience with customer service
- Experience with high volume coordination
- Flexibility with working over-time as needed
Nice To Haves
- Experience with 485's
- Home care experience/CHHA a plus
