Order to Cash – Sales & Customer Fulfillment F-SME
About The Position
This is a contract role for an Order to Cash Sales & Customer Fulfillment F-SME position located in Dublin, OH. The role is hybrid and has a project duration of 12 months. The pay rate is $55 - $60 an hour on W2. The position involves serving as the business process expert for Order-to-Cash functions, including customer management, order processing, fulfillment, billing, returns, credit management, and customer service. The role requires providing detailed knowledge of current sales, distribution, and customer service processes, participating in fit-to-standard workshops, evaluating SAP S/4HANA capabilities, and reviewing business requirements and designs. Support for testing, data migration, cutover preparation, change management, user training, and adoption activities is also expected.
Requirements
- 5+ years of expertise in SD, MM, EWM, Logistics, Sales Planning, Inventory Management.
- Expert in Sales & Sales operations industry experience; end-to-end process knowledge.
- Knowledge in SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM required.
Nice To Haves
- S/4 Finance certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the business process expert for Order-to-Cash functions (customer management, order processing, fulfillment, billing, returns, credit management, customer service).
- Provide detailed knowledge of current sales, distribution, and customer service processes.
- Participate in fit-to-standard workshops and evaluate SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
- Review and validate business requirements, process designs, configuration decisions, and functional specifications.
- Support testing (SIT/UAT), data migration validation, and cutover preparation.
- Support change management, user training, and adoption activities.
- Process Flows
- Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members
- Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility
- Participate in data conversion and data maintenance
- Provide best practice and industry specific solutions
- Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions
- Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
- Participate as a team member of the functional team
- Perform other duties as assigned.
