About The Position

Support the transformation and continuous improvement of business processes and solutions within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain. Develop innovative concepts and processes in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) area for the distribution of Bosch products. Support and independently execute global optimization and rollout projects in close collaboration with manufacturing plants, logistic warehouses, country sales organizations and our internal IT service provider. Facilitate requirement workshops, creating specifications, executing SAP ERP implementations, conducting testing, and providing key user support. Closely coordinate and define interfaces with production, sales, logistics/warehousing, and finance. Drive communication and proactive change management.

Requirements

University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent).
Ability to analyze, design, implement, transform, and document complex end-to-end processes.
Strong understanding of, and ideally hands-on experience with, modern supply chain concepts and processes.
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives from analysis through implementation.
Exceptional communication, moderation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate environments with conflicting interests and manage escalations professionally.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and international teams
High level of initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and enthusiasm.
Willingness to travel internationally (EU) on a regular basis.

Nice To Haves

In-depth expertise in relevant SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI/CO, PP) is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
