About The Position

Join Tricentis’s Finance team and take ownership of activities across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, from customer orders and invoicing through collections. The role works across Salesforce and an ERP environment and partners with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, customers, and other teams to manage requirements, identify issues early, and keep transactions moving. The work moves quickly, particularly during month-end and quarter-end, and requires attention to detail, prioritization, and accuracy during high-volume periods. The role requires working from the Atlanta office three days per week, including Fridays. The first 30 days focus on learning the Order-to-Cash process, systems, controls, and customer requirements, and beginning to process orders and invoices with support. By 90 days, the analyst is expected to independently process standard orders and invoices, manage assigned collection activities, recognize exceptions, and communicate effectively. As the analyst grows in the role, they will own their assigned workload accurately, navigate month-end and quarter-end volume, identify issues before they delay invoicing or payment, and become a trusted partner to colleagues. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship. Candidates must not be listed on applicable government restricted party lists and must certify that employment would comply with sanctions and export control regulations.
