About The Position
Takeout Servers are responsible for efficiently and accurately processing takeout orders, verifying order accuracy, handling payments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement to pick up, including order verification, packaging, and communication with guests.
Requirements
- Minimum six (6) months of related experience required
- Able to work a varied work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
- Be flexible and adaptable to change.
Responsibilities
- Take and process takeout orders accurately.
- Handle payment transactions and verify customer IDs.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy.
- Efficiently package orders follow food safety standards.
- Distribute orders to customers and verify receipt matches order.
- Utilize host phone to text guests when orders are complete.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the takeout station.
- Promote specials, upsell, and maximize sales opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of orders, payments, and customer information.
- Demonstrate flexibility by assisting with other tasks as needed.
