About The Position

Capstone is hiring an Order Selector in Hanover, Maryland. The role involves selecting products throughout a warehouse using equipment that may include single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, or forklifts. The Order Selector may also perform other duties assigned by site leadership and use VoCollect, RF scan-guns, or manual tickets. Scheduling options listed are Sunday through Friday, 8 a.m. until finish, with Tuesday off; Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. until finish, with Saturday and Sunday off; or Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. until finish, with Saturday and Sunday off. Requirements

1–2 or more years of experience with a ride-on electric pallet jack.
High energy and a strong work ethic.
Self-motivation and ability to work with limited supervision.
Ability to make independent decisions as needed to accomplish tasks.
Flexible schedule in response to changing operational needs.
Ability to provide accurate data entry and handle administrative tasks.
