Order Selector - Part TIme
About The Position
Pet Food Experts is hiring an Order Selector for its warehouse team. The position involves replenishing products or fulfilling customer orders by selecting, moving, and loading merchandise—including bags of pet food, cases of cans, and litter—from warehouse racks and storage areas onto pallets, manually and with warehouse equipment. This assignment requires working in a walk-in freezer at or below -5°F for extended periods while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment. The role also requires repeatedly and continuously bending, lifting, and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds, building pallets accurately to prevent product damage, and following safety procedures and regulations. The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, 8 a.m. until the work is complete. Pet Food Experts offers a step-progression pay system with scheduled increases based on tenure, including increases after six months and one year. Employment offers are contingent on passing a required background check.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.

- A high degree of skill and dexterity in operating and safely controlling warehouse equipment.
- Ability to work in temperatures at or below -5°F for extended periods while wearing required personal protective equipment.
- Ability to bend, lift, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively and continuously throughout the shift.
Nice To Haves
- Experience safely operating warehouse equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, or high-reach truck.
- Experience and certification for an electric pallet jack.
- Experience with Infor WMS.
Responsibilities
- Select, move, and load warehouse products onto pallets to replenish inventory or fulfill customer orders, manually and using warehouse equipment.

- Build pallets accurately, properly, and efficiently to prevent product damage during delivery.
- Perform assigned functions and supporting activities while complying with safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
