About The Position

The Order Selector receives and transports products to appropriate locations, picks products, assembles orders, and prepares goods for shipment. The role is responsible for accurate receipt and shipment and appropriate handling of merchandise, using commonly applied concepts, practices, and procedures within the redistribution field.

This is a full-time, second-shift position scheduled Monday through Friday, generally from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. or until work is completed. Hours depend on workload, and the position is eligible for overtime. The position is located at 4429 Madison Industrial Lane, Building C, Tampa, Florida.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous warehouse experience.
• At least 1 year of previous forklift experience and the ability to follow all safety protocols.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50–75 lbs.
• Comfort with exposure to environmental conditions such as heat, cold, noise, and dust.
• Comfort working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate different types of forklifts, including stand-up forklifts and order pickers.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement.
• Receive, pick, and/or transport products throughout the warehouse according to company standards.
• Stack, palletize, tote, and/or store products safely and efficiently.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records through proper documentation.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Follow warehouse safety protocols, including using PPE and performing safety checks on powered equipment.
