About The Position
Join a fast-paced team responsible for accurately picking customer orders using a voice-directed picking system. This is a physically demanding role that requires frequent lifting, walking, bending, and working in a warehouse environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity. Requirements
- Ability to read and understand English and recognize numbers and product codes.
- Excellent work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Stand, walk, and work continuously for 10–12 hour shifts.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products throughout the shift. Products can weigh 40 lbs. or more.
- Repeatedly bend, squat, reach, and twist.
- Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements while handling products.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
