About The Position
The Order Resolution Specialist is responsible for resolving order discrepancies and ensuring accurate, timely completion of customer orders across warehouse and fulfillment operations. This role serves as a key liaison between warehouse, inventory, customer service, and sales teams to identify issues, investigate discrepancies, and drive resolution to completion. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.

Nice To Haves
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, order processing, or logistics preferred
- Experience with inventory systems or order management systems preferred
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies related to picking, inventory, surplus orders, repairs, and RMAs
- Review order details and identify issues related to quantities, condition, or fulfillment accuracy
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and order fulfillment teams to correct discrepancies
- Communicate updates and resolutions internally to ensure smooth order processing
- Work closely with Order Fulfillment, Receiving, and Inventory teams to maintain workflow accuracy
- Assist in resolving issues related to missing or mislabeled inventory
- Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of issues and resolutions within internal systems
- Prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of critical order issues
- Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned
