Order Replenishment Merchandiser
About The Position
At Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, Order Replenishment Merchandisers help ensure the company’s beverage brands are available to customers in their communities. The role is based in Vinita, Oklahoma, and works Monday through Friday, starting at 6:00 AM and continuing until the route is completed. Starting pay ranges from $17.70 to $21.01 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, and referral bonuses. The position also offers comprehensive benefits. The merchandiser builds and maintains product displays and equipment placements, follows company merchandising standards for point-of-sale advertising, and maintains shelf allocation, product levels, and product rotation. The role also involves managing inventory and trade breakage, determining product needs and placing orders on existing sales routes, and communicating with customers, coworkers, and shoppers to resolve problems and follow up. The position requires a valid driver’s license, current vehicle liability insurance, a clean driving record, and use of a personal vehicle during business hours. The work involves repeatedly lifting, pulling, and pushing more than 50 pounds, as well as kneeling, bending, and reaching above head height. No work experience is required. A high school diploma or equivalent and previous sales or merchandising experience are preferred.
Requirements
