Order Replenishment Merchandiser
About The Position
Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to help keep its beverage brands available to customers in the community. The role focuses on small stores across Baytown, LaPorte, League City, Texas City, and Galveston, Texas. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. until the route is completed. The merchandiser builds and maintains product displays and equipment placements, sets up point-of-sale advertising according to company standards, and maintains shelf allocation, product levels, and product rotation. The role also involves managing inventory and breakage, determining product needs and placing orders on existing sales routes, and communicating with customers, coworkers, and shoppers to resolve issues and follow up. The position requires a valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, a clean driving record, and use of a personal vehicle during business hours. Starting pay is $20.28–$24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, and referral bonuses. Requirements
- Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
- Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50 pounds or more, kneel, bend over, and reach above head height.
- Excellent planning and organization skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities
