About The Position

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring an Order Replenishment Merchandiser focused on large stores in North Central San Antonio, Schertz, Cibolo, and Highway 78. The role helps ensure the company’s beverage brands are available to customers by replenishing and merchandising products. Work days are Friday through Tuesday, with a 3:00 AM start time. A valid driver’s license is required, and the employee must use a personal vehicle during business hours. Starting pay ranges from $20.28 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Requirements

Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and a clean driving record.
Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over, and reach above head height.
Excellent planning and organization skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
Place point-of-sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards.
Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels, and product rotation in displays.
Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
Determine product needs and place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
Communicate daily with customers, co-workers, and shoppers; resolve problems and follow up.
