About The Position

The Order Puller position is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to repeatedly lift between 40 and 75 lbs throughout the day. While the job is not difficult to master, it requires consistent safe working and lifting practices. Reliability with attendance expectations and a high school diploma or GED are required. No prior experience in paint or warehousing is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided, making this an excellent starting point for a career. In this role, you will be responsible for filling orders using a scanner gun, manually lifting cases or buckets onto pallets, and using a rider jack to deliver pallets to the loading department. You will work in a safe, timely, and accurate manner to ensure the smooth operation of the shipping department, keep drivers on schedule, and facilitate the timely delivery of paint to stores.

Requirements

• Physically able to lift between 40 and 75 lbs, repeatedly, all day.
• Reliable attendance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to wear proper safety equipment, including steel-toed shoes at all times.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders utilizing a scanner gun.
• Manually lift cases or buckets onto pallets.
• Use a rider jack to deliver pallets to the loading department.
• Work in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.
• Attend training sessions before working on the floor.
• Participate in daily meetings and stretches at the beginning of each shift.
• Wear proper safety equipment, including steel-toed shoes at all times.
• Help maintain a clean facility.
