This role involves verifying customer and order information, responding to orders, reviewing them for completeness, and recommending suitable merchandise or services. The Order Puller also inspects outgoing work for compliance with customer specifications, checks inventory for availability, and notifies departments about low supplies. Filing orders and maintaining a safe and clean work environment are also key aspects of this position, along with adhering to all company policies and safe working practices.
