About The Position

The Order Puller role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to repeatedly lift between 40 and 75 lbs throughout the day. While not difficult to master, a strong emphasis is placed on safe working and lifting practices. Reliability regarding attendance expectations is essential. This position is ideal for individuals seeking a starting point in their career, as no prior experience in paint or warehousing is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided. The Order Puller is a critical part of the operation, responsible for filling orders using a scanner gun, manually lifting cases or buckets onto pallets, and using a rider jack to deliver pallets to the loading department. Performing these tasks safely, efficiently, and accurately ensures the smooth operation of the shipping department, keeps drivers on schedule, and facilitates the timely delivery of paint to stores.

Requirements

• Physically able to lift between 40 and 75 lbs, repeatedly, all day.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliability with attendance expectations.
• Ability to wear proper safety equipment, including steel-toed shoes at all times.
• Willingness to attend and complete all required training.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in paint or warehousing is not required.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders utilizing a scanner gun.
• Manually lift cases or buckets onto pallets.
• Use a rider jack to deliver pallets to the loading department.
• Work in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.
• Attend and complete all required training, including safety training.
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and stretches.
• Wear required safety equipment, including steel-toed shoes.
• Help maintain a clean facility.
