About The Position

Concierge Home Care is hiring a Remote Orders Processor / Revenue Cycle Coordinator to support our growing home health operations across Florida. This is a fully remote position and requires the candidate to reside within 30 miles of a Concierge Home Care branch in Florida. As a Revenue Cycle Coordinator, you play a critical role in ensuring timely physician order processing and compliance—helping clinicians deliver uninterrupted patient care.

Requirements

  • Some college required
  • Must reside in Florida
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn systems quickly
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must reside within 30 miles of a Concierge Home Care branch in Florida

Nice To Haves

  • Home health experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process and track physician orders in compliance with agency, state, and federal guidelines
  • Monitor outgoing and incoming orders to ensure timely signatures
  • Follow up with physicians and offices on outstanding or delinquent orders
  • Support operational teams in meeting end-of-episode deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records in the WellSky/Kinnser Orders Manager system
  • Communicate effectively with Clinical Managers, Directors, and internal teams
  • Participate in daily review meetings to track outstanding documentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physician offices
  • Support compliance initiatives and perform additional administrative tasks as needed
