About The Position

The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for accurately processing orders on a daily basis. This includes provisioning accounts, verifying orders in our CRM, and completing various additional requests. The Specialist partners closely with Sales Representatives to ensure orders are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal requirements. This role reports to Finance and supports the administrative and operational needs of the Global Sales Team. The position also manages regular and ad hoc projects, gathering information and coordinating with multiple departments across the organization.

  • Action-oriented with a strong sense of ownership, proactively identifying issues and driving solutions.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, using critical thinking to adjust quickly to changing priorities and new information.
  • A degree is not required; candidates may be recent graduates or individuals with transactional experience who demonstrate strong critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn in a junior-level role.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders by managing and working through the assigned case queue.
  • Provision new and existing customer accounts across multiple platforms for various products.
  • Process requests accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Resolve issues related to purchases or provisioning in coordination with the appropriate internal teams.
  • Respond to email inquiries and requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners across the organization.
  • Provide support to cross-functional departments including Sales, Finance, Support, and Product teams globally.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of our products, sales workflows, expectations, and order processes.
  • Perform additional administrative duties and support projects as assigned.
