About The Position
Eden Foods in Fremont, California (Alameda County) is seeking a full-time employee for its Operations Department to handle order fulfillment. Requirements
- High School or equivalent diploma preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds waist high, intermittently over the course of a normal workday.
- Good math skills.
- Good communication about the needs of facilities, inventory, business systems.
- A teamwork spirit.
- Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
- Accurate processing (picking, packing, and shipping) of assigned orders.
- Manage inventory rotation, quality, and weekly replenishment.
- Assist at weekly cycle-count and quarterly inventories.
- Proper execution of company SOPs and safety procedures.
- Assist in maintaining inventory control procedures.
- Maintain work area and inventory in a clean, organized state.
- Receive inventory and place it into stock using a first-in/first-out rotation.
- Safe operation of equipment.
- Knowledge of current FedEx shipping procedures, policies, and rate structures.
- Help maintain inventory of supplies.
- Communicate with supervisor and staff about operational needs or suggested improvements.
- Maintain and support company policies and procedures.
