Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Candidate must be computer literate and skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must maintain the ability to pass a criminal background check and random drug screens.
  • Candidate must be able to operate a pallet jack, forklift and WAVE (Work Assisted Vehicle).
  • Candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Provide customer service in a friendly and professional manner (greeting, selling, telephone, etc.)
  • Perform housekeeping duties to maintain premises in compliance with Agency safety and housekeeping practices, etc., some of which will require working outside in the elements.
  • Demonstrate a willingness and ability to work as a team member; demonstrate the ability to work independently.
  • Embrace the empowerment and continuous improvement culture in our agency. Display and encourage the ability to offer suggestions and make decisions that will positively impact the service and cause our business to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and fulfill all incoming orders for new goods and supplies weekly
  • Communicate with stores on inventory shortages
  • Coordinate shipment receiving’s with transportation
  • Distribute product to assigned locations
  • Keep product organized and accessible at all times
  • Communicate stock shortages to Retail Operations Coordinator
  • Update product inventory utilizing the CounterPoint program
  • Order supplies for retail store operations
  • Performs any other duties as assigned by Manager, Assistant or Supervisor
  • Customer Service Oriented with a pleasant disposition
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule to comply with the needs of the store
  • Comply with all Agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain same to meet CARF, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards
