Order Placement & Fulfillment Representative
About The Position
Combine customer service with hands-on order fulfillment to help improve our customers' quality of life by making sure the health products they rely on are handled with care from order placement through shipment. NewLight Health provides vitamins, supplements, education, and holistic health coaching designed to improve the quality of life for the people we serve. Since 2012, we've served Plain Communities throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Requirements
- Basic computer skills
- Can walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the workday.
- Willing to step in where needed and bring a helpful, humble attitude that reflects our faith-based culture of compassion and service.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience
- Background in warehouse, picking, and packing are preferred.
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate when communicating with customers, and make sure they feel heard and well cared for.
- Pay close attention to order details so products are processed, packed, and shipped accurately.
- Follow through on responsibilities, work promptly, and understand the importance of completing orders and customer requests on time.
- Keep your work area, inventory, and daily tasks organized to support an efficient fulfillment process.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer phone calls and provide professional, compassionate service that supports customer satisfaction and retention.
- Process customer and mail-in orders accurately and efficiently from initial receipt through shipment.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time, so customers receive prompt, reliable service.
- Maintain organized shipping stations, restock products and supplies, and monitor inventory to support daily fulfillment needs.
- Collaborate with teammates and other departments to support an efficient, positive work environment.
- Assist with special projects and other team priorities as needed.
